Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use New Wine. Effective October 10, 2026.
New Wine is operated by Proudly Studio (“we”, “us”), based in North Carolina, USA. By using newwine.app or the New Wine app (“New Wine”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use New Wine.
What New Wine is, and what it isn’t
New Wine is a Bible study tool. It answers questions using AI and a library of named teachers, and points you back to their work. It is meant to support your study, your church and the teachers you learn from, not to replace them.
Answers can be wrong. They are written by AI. We work hard to keep them accurate and faithful to their sources, but an answer can still misstate Scripture, a teacher’s view, or a fact. Check what matters against the Bible and the original source, and talk to your pastor or a teacher you trust. Where an answer credits a view to a teacher, it is a summary, not their words, unless it is clearly shown as a quote.
New Wine is not professional advice. It does not give medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and it is not pastoral counselling. If you are in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services or someone you trust right away.
The private beta
New Wine is in private beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may limit how many answers you can get. Access to the beta is by invitation, and we may end a trial or the beta at any time. During the beta, using New Wine means agreeing to the beta analytics described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Content and ownership
The library. The teaching New Wine draws on belongs to its authors, ministries, publishers and estates. We use it with permission, under open licences, or because it is in the public domain. How we handle sources is explained on our Sources page. If you believe your work is used without permission, email hello@newwine.app and we’ll look into it promptly.
New Wine itself. The New Wine name, design and software belong to us.
Your questions. Your questions stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run New Wine, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use the answers you receive for your own study, teaching and sharing.
No warranty
New Wine is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that New Wine will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Proudly Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of New Wine. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for New Wine in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
Ending these terms
You can stop using New Wine at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we close the beta or New Wine itself. The sections on content, warranty, liability and governing law continue after these terms end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
